TOYOTA GAZOO Racing (TGR) held the world premiere of the all-new GR Corolla in Long Beach, California, USA, on March 31. Today in the Toyota family, there is the GR Supra, GR Yaris, GR Vios and the GR86. Including the GR Corolla, which comes in as a hatchback, would allow Toyota to push interesting performance models across different market segments. I have heard through the various WhatsApp channels that all 17 models of the GR Corolla have already been booked, so buyers who didn’t get it might have to resort to purchasing the GR Corolla via recon dealers instead.
I definitely can’t wait to see the car live when it arrives here. Even now I am awed by the performance of the GR Yaris especially at Sepang. What more can we expect from this car!
